Pizza Luce was born from a simple dream: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to the heart of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Our journey began when our founder, inspired by years of traveling through Italy and learning from master pizzaiolos, decided to create something special in the enchanting city of Santa Fe. We believe that great pizza starts with great ingredients - from our house-made dough that rises for 24 hours to our San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella.
Every pizza that leaves our kitchen is crafted with the same passion and attention to detail that we discovered in the small trattorias of Naples and Rome. We're not just making pizza; we're creating experiences and building community, one slice at a time.

The Dream Begins
After years of traveling through Italy and working in renowned pizzerias, our founder returns to Santa Fe with a vision to bring authentic Italian pizza to the community.
Opening Day
Pizza Luce opens its doors on Canyon Road, featuring a custom-built wood-fired oven imported from Italy and a carefully curated menu of traditional recipes.
Community Support
During challenging times, the Santa Fe community embraces Pizza Luce. We launch delivery and takeout services, continuing to serve our neighbors with care.
Recognition & Growth
